Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Pasapas application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose of the Service

Pasapas is a mobile application designed to help you organize your savings goals through the creation of tasks and lists. The application is a visualization and personal management tool; it does not under any circumstances constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a bank account management service.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use Pasapas solely for lawful and personal purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or compromise our servers (Supabase) or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

4. Access and Account Creation

Access to basic features does not require an account, as your data is stored locally (Local-First approach). To access Premium features (Cloud synchronization and backup), users must create an account via Sign-in with Apple. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Premium Services and Subscriptions

Pasapas offers a Premium subscription that enables the synchronization of your data onto our servers. Technical management is handled by RevenueCat, and transactions are processed by Apple.

In accordance with App Store rules, the following conditions apply:

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple (iTunes) Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charges: The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
  • User Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Apple Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple. Pasapas does not have the technical capability to process refunds.

6. User Content

By creating your own goals and tasks within the application, you retain full ownership of them. For Premium members, you technically grant us the right to host, back up, and synchronize this content securely on our servers in order to provide the requested service.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the application (the character Zeno, the source code, graphic design, animations, texts, and logos) are the exclusive property of EURL Ladam Informatique Et Développement. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Application provided "as is": The Pasapas application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be completely free of bugs or continuously available.
  • Financial responsibility: Pasapas is a supportive tool. The user remains solely responsible for their real-world financial management.
  • Data integrity: Pasapas cannot be held liable for any data loss caused by a technical failure of the device, accidental handling by the user, or network failure.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

The user can stop using the service at any time. Deleting the account via the application settings results in the permanent deletion of your data from our servers. Please note: Simply uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription. It must be explicitly cancelled through your Apple account.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect updates to the application. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication within the application or on our website.

• Server Location: Europe (AWS Frankfurt Region, Germany).

Intellectual Property:
All content within the Pasapas application (texts, graphics, logos, icons, and notably the character Zeno) is the exclusive property of EURL Ladam Informatique Et Développement. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
